Maths Teacher

We are seeking 2 passionate and dedicated Maths Teachers (QTS) to join a secondary school, Applebough Education is supporting on the outskirts of Wolverhampton from September. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire and engage students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and potentially Key Stage 5), helping them develop confidence and a strong understanding of mathematics.

The Role:
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging maths lessons that challenge and support students of all abilities. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent curriculum knowledge and a commitment to raising achievement through innovative and effective teaching strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured maths lessons in line with the national curriculum

* Use a range of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning needs

* Maintain strong classroom management and create a positive learning environment

* Monitor, assess, and report on student progress

* Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities and departmental development

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

* Strong classroom management skills

* Excellent subject and curriculum knowledge in mathematics

* The ability to deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that motivate learners

* A commitment to high standards of teaching and learning

* Strong communication and organisational skills
