How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    We are supporting a well-established, global business seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and inspire their international sales team. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to shape commercial strategy, drive growth, and influence business performance across multiple sectors.

    About the Role:

    As Sales Director, you will develop and implement a global commercial strategy, lead a high-performing sales team, and expand the company’s reach across existing and new markets. You’ll focus on growing membership and service sales, building strategic key account plans, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and supporting events and exhibitions globally.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Design and execute a global commercial strategy to drive new business
    Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to meet targets and KPIs
    Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
    Develop key account plans and identify cross-selling opportunities
    Organise events, exhibitions, and webinars to promote services
    Travel internationally to support business growth initiativesAbout You:

    Proven experience designing and delivering a commercial strategy
    Track record of leading, motivating, and inspiring sales teams
    Strong understanding of diverse industries and supply chains
    Results-driven with measurable success in sales growth
    Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills

    Comfortable with international travel and face-to-face meetings
    Competent in Microsoft Office, Teams/Zoom, PowerPoint, and CRM systemsDesirable:
