What You'll Be Doing:

Collaborating with school staff to promote academic and personal progress
Gaining hands-on experience across different subjects and year groupsWe're Looking For:

Individuals with experience working with young people (e.g., coaching, mentoring, tutoring, or support roles)
Confident communicators who can motivate and manage a classroom
Adaptable, proactive, and professional individuals with a genuine interest in education
Those considering teacher training (PGCE, SCITT, or QTS Apprenticeship) or other education pathways
