* set up and operate CNC Fanuc horizontal machining centres. multi- axis machines ( Matsuura experience would be an advantage).
* Load programs, set tool offsets
* Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T, and process documentation.
* Select and install cutting tools, fixtures, and work-holding devices.
* Produce parts to tight tolerances using a variety of materials.
* Proficiency in precision measurement and inspection techniques.
* Ability to make program edits, offset adjustments, and tool changes as required.
* Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot machining or quality issues.
* Conduct routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean and organized (5S).
* Adhere to all safety, quality, and company procedures.
Skills and Competencies
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
* Experince setting and operating Fanuc controls
* Proficiency in precision measurement and inspection techniques.
* Good time management and organizational skills.
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Sound experience in setting and operating multi axis machining centres.
* Ability to edit programmes, make adjustments. Programming knowledge a plus.
