Home First South is seeking a dedicated Band 5 Community Nurse (RGN) to join our supportive and dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced community or district nurse to make a meaningful impact while working across our localities.
Role Details
* Position: Band 5 Community Nurse – RGN
* Location: Stafford, Cannock, Burton, Burntwood, Tamworth, Seisdon
* Schedule: Sunday to Saturday (flexible across the week)
* Hours: 09:00 – 17:00
* Duration: Approx. 12 weeks
* Start Date: As soon as possible
Key Requirements
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) – NMC Registered
* Experience in District Nursing and/or Community Nursing
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
* A compassionate and patient‑centred approach
What You’ll Be Doing
* Delivering high‑quality nursing care within the community
* Supporting patients with long‑term conditions, post‑acute needs, wound care, and more
* Coordinating with the broader Home First South team to ensure seamless care
* Contributing to safe, effective, and personalised patient outcomes
