The job:
The position involves the delivery, collection, servicing, and maintenance of portable toilets at various customer sites. This includes routine emptying, cleaning, and restocking of units. While full training and appropriate equipment are provided, candidates should be comfortable working in an environment that involves handling waste materials and occasional exposure to strong odours.
We're looking for someone who is reliable, practical, and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service to customers.
Duties:
Deliver and collect portable toilets to and from customer sites in a safe and timely manner
Service units on-site, including emptying, cleaning, and restocking consumables
Carry out routine maintenance checks to ensure all units are in good working condition
Load and unload vehicles, ensuring equipment is secured correctly for transport
Plan daily routes efficiently to meet schedules and customer requirements
Provide a high level of customer service when interacting with clients on-site
Complete relevant paperwork and service records accurately
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including safe handling of waste materials
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the company vehicle
Report any vehicle or equipment faults promptly to managementRequirements
Full UK Driving Licence required; experience driving a Transit van, long wheelbase van, or minibus would be advantageous.
