What the Role Involves
Supporting children across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 classrooms
Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
Providing targeted support to individuals and small groups
Helping to manage behaviour and maintain a positive classroom atmosphere
Preparing resources and supporting day-to-day classroom activities
Settling quickly into different school environments
What You'll Need
A recognised Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or higher)
Availability to work at least 3 days each week
Experience supporting children in a school or similar setting
A flexible and proactive approach to work
Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
