    · Resilience, empathy, and a strong commitment to supporting vulnerable young people
    · NVQ Level 3 in children and young people is preferred but not mandatory
    · Must be registered with Social Care - DBS in the updated service

What are we expecting you to do as a support worker:
    - Ensure a supportive experience for children, especially in sensitive situations like post-domestic abuse/neglect

    - Monitor children's mood and make sure they are safe at all times
    Additional Details:

    · Make a real, positive impact on young peoples lives
    · Flexible working hours that promote a healthy work-life balance
    · Become part of a passionate and supportive team with opportunities for growth and development
