Tradewind Recruitment is working with a number of welcoming primary schools who are in need of dependable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support their classrooms.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
Working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging lessons
Providing one-to-one and small group support where needed
Helping pupils stay focused, motivated, and confident in their learning
Assisting with behaviour management and classroom organisation
Stepping into different school environments and quickly building rapport
What We're Looking For
A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or higher)
Availability for at least 3 days per week
Experience working with primary-aged children (school-based preferred)
A positive, can-do attitude and strong teamwork skills
Confidence in adapting to new settings and routines
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
