Join a contractor delivering high-end hotel developments, currently building out their commercial team.
They are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Director across live projects and pre-construction.
This is an office-based role supporting both delivery and tendering - not a site-based delivery position.
Projects are high-end hotel schemes with a strong focus on design, coordination and quality of finish.
The Role
Supporting the Commercial Director across multiple projects and tenders
• Running subcontractor packages from procurement through to final account
• Issuing enquiries, analysing returns and building up tender pricing
• Working with architects, consultants and supply chain during pre-construction
• Managing subcontractor accounts, variations and payments
• Chasing supply chain and securing quotations across packages
• Supporting cost reporting and commercial tracking across projects
The Company
A specialist contractor delivering high-end hotel and hospitality schemes across Central London.
Projects are typically refurbishment, cut & carve and extension schemes, often involving complex structural alterations, façade works and high-spec interior fit-out.
The business is currently building out its commercial team, with this role supporting the Commercial Director directly across both live projects and pre-construction.
What they’re looking for
Quantity Surveyor from a contractor or developer background
• Strong on procurement, packages and subcontractor management
• Exposure to tendering / estimating desirable
• Comfortable working with architects, consultants and supply chain
• Able to operate in a lean team environment
• Proactive and able to take work off a busy Commercial Director
