Are you a Fabrication, Weld Shop or Mechanical Based Workshop Manager with an extensive background in leading multi-disciplined production and manufacturing teams who is looking to join a highly successful, globally expanding company where they can offer a fantastic overall package including extensive bonuses, flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to progress to directorship in the future?

This a brilliant opportunity to join a manufacturing business that operates within and supplies products to a range of industries from hygienics & dairy through to AI Data centres and is looking to grow their technical fabrication team.

Within this role you will have autonomy over the management of the workshop environment, including aspects of fabrication operations, workshop scheduling, production management, leading multi-disciplinary production teams and liaising with the rest of the senior leadership and directorship team to help shape the direction of the business moving forward.

The ideal candidate will come from a Fabrication, Weld Shop or Mechanical Production background, with experience dealing with skilled production teams as well as managing production processes, quality standards and workshop issues.

The Role:
* Workshop Manager (Welding/ Mechanical)
*Overseeing production processes, quality standards and operations
*Producing hygienic stainless steel components and systems
*Bonus scheme & progression routes

The Person:
*Strong background in workshop environments and management
*Lead Multi-disciplinary teams in production environments
*Experience in industries Producing fittings, valves, tubing, piping or flanges products advantageous
*Commutable from Bristol, Yate, Thornbury, Bath, Weston-Super-Mare and the surrounding areas
