How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Kinaxia Logistics & Fulfilment are looking to recruit a Warehouse Administrator to join their team at their site in Sunderland. The role of the Warehouse Administrator will be to provide general administrative support for the warehouse department to ensure effective and efficient service levels are being delivered and maintained.

    Monday – Friday

    14:00 - 22:00 

    40 hours per week

    £13.00 ph

    About the job:

    Complete general administrative duties in an efficient and effective manner to deliver a world class service;

    Maintain the warehouse stock system by accurately inputting the required data, in addition to checking and reconciling data where appropriate and identifying and resolving any discrepancies to ensure 100% accuracy;

    Prepare and cross check all documentation relating to the movement of goods in order to meet customer service levels;

    Communicate with the warehouse/customers to ensure smooth day to day maintenance of stock control;

    Answer and direct queries promptly and in a professional manner providing accurate information to ensure excellent customer service is being delivered;

    Maintain a relevant and structured filing system to establish an organised department;

    Work in a safe and tidy manner complying with all health and safety regulations to ensure both yourself and the Company are compliant.

    Your knowledge and experience:

    Working knowledge of basic administration principles

    Warehouse industry and stock management systems desirable

    Microsoft packages

    General administration tasks, preferably in the haulage industry

    Supporting a department with general administration tasks

    Working with stock management systems, is desirable
