An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join a successful estate agency in Weston-Super-Mare.

This role is ideal for a CeMAP 1 qualified candidate looking to build a long-term career in the mortgage industry with full training and strong support.

Role Overview

* Learn and develop mortgage advisory skills

* Conduct client consultations and fact-finds

* Work with estate agency leads

* Provide mortgage and protection advice (with support)

* Manage applications from enquiry to completion

* Liaise with lenders and third parties

Requirements

* CeMAP 1 qualified

* Sales or customer service background

* Strong communication skills

* Motivated and target-driven

* Full UK driving licence

Package

* Basic salary up to £25,000

* £500 monthly guarantee (6 months)

* Uncapped commission

* £45,000 – £50,000 OTE Year 1

* £65,000+ OTE thereafter

* Full training and development

* Excellent career progression
