What will you do in the parts advisor role?
Advise customers on parts requirements via phone, email, and at the counter
Process orders and prepare parts for customers and workshop technicians
Liaise with suppliers and provide updates on orders
Support workshop operations with timely parts supply
Manage stock control and maintain accurate records
Keep displays updated with latest product ranges
What we’re looking for
Previous experience in parts, customer service, or sales support
Strong communication skills and a professional, helpful approach
Good IT skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Full UK driving licenceDesirable (not essential):
HGV or trailer parts knowledge
FLT licence
