    Are you a caring, consistent and determined Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs?

    We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a child with complex needs, including Autism (ASD) and ADHD, within a welcoming mainstream primary school in the Hindley area.

    This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who takes a holistic approach to learning, understanding that emotional wellbeing, routine, and trust are just as important as academic progress.

    About the Role:

    * Provide consistent 1:1 support throughout the school day

    * Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs

    * Support emotional regulation and sensory needs

    * Implement structured routines to help the child feel safe and secure

    * Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to follow personalised strategies

    * Encourage independence, confidence and positive engagement

    The Ideal Candidate Will:

    * Have experience supporting children with ASD and ADHD

    * Be calm, patient, and resilient

    * Demonstrate consistency and reliability

    * Take a nurturing and holistic approach to child development

    * Be proactive, positive and determined to help the child succeed

    * Build strong, trusting relationships with both the child and school staff

    This role would suit someone who understands that progress can look different for every child and who is committed to making a meaningful difference each day.

    If you are passionate about inclusive education and ready to provide the stability and care this child needs, we would love to hear from you
