An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker to join a national mortgage broker firm in Crewe.
No CeMAP required to start – full training and qualification support provided.
Role Overview
* Contact and qualify warm mortgage leads
* Book appointments for Mortgage Advisors
* Manage client records via CRM
* Liaise with clients and internal teams
* Work towards targets and KPIs
This is a professional, structured role with around 50 calls per week – not a call centre environment.
Progression
* Start in client services
* Gain CeMAP 1 (fully funded) after probation
* Progress into Trainee Mortgage Advisor role
* 3-week residential training programme
Requirements
* Strong communication skills
* Customer service or sales background
* Motivated and target-driven
* Interest in financial services
