An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker to join a busy and successful estate agency in Stoke-on-Trent.

This role offers full training, strong lead flow, and clear progression into a fully qualified Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker.

Role Overview

* Learn and develop mortgage advisory skills

* Conduct client consultations and fact-finds

* Work with leads generated by the estate agency

* Support the mortgage application process

* Liaise with lenders and third parties

* Work towards sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

* CeMAP 1 qualified (or working towards it)

* Sales or customer service background

* Strong communication skills

* Driven and motivated to succeed

* Full UK driving licence

Package

* Up to £25,000 basic

* £500 monthly guarantee (6 months)

* Uncapped commission

* £45,000 OTE Year 1

* £65,000+ OTE thereafter

* Full training programme
