We’re currently looking for a skilled and reliable Hinge Joint Machine Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in keeping production running smoothly, ensuring quality standards are met, and minimising downtime.
🔧 What you’ll be doing:

Operating hinge joint machines safely and efficiently
*
Setting up machinery in line with production requirements
*
Monitoring output and making adjustments to maintain quality
*
Loading materials and inspecting finished products
*
Carrying out basic maintenance, cleaning, and fault finding
*
Assisting with breakdown repairs where possible
*
Following all health & safety procedures
*
Keeping accurate production records
*
Working towards daily targets and deadlines
✅ What we’re looking for:
*
At least 2 years’ experience in machine operating or engineering within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
*
Strong mechanical awareness and problem-solving skills
*
Ability to read and follow technical instructions
*
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
*
Confident working both independently and as part of a team
*
Good communication, numeracy, and literacy skills
*
Experience using hand and power tools
*
Comfortable with manual handling and working in a production setting
