Essential:
* Significant experience supporting children or young people with ASC and/or severe learning difficulties.
* Knowledge of strategies and tools for supporting SEN (e.g., visual timetables, sensory integration, augmentative communication).
* Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a caring, calm, and consistent approach.
Desirable:
* Training in Team Teach or other positive behaviour management techniques.
* Experience using PECS, Makaton, or AAC.
* Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures in specialist settings.
