We at Jackie Kerr Recruitment are recruiting a skilled Quality Inspector for our client in Cheltenham. They are a forward-thinking company, manufacturing precision components mainly for the Aerospace industry. Quality Inspector Role and Responsibilities:

Accurately and efficiently read and interpret engineering drawings
*
Inspecting precision parts using CMM and measuring equipment
*
Perform first off, intermediate, final dimension and finish inspections
*
Support the requirements for documenting and maintaining records including numerical control associated with the activities to AS9100 levels
Quality Inspector Person Specification:
*
Knowledge in the use of handheld measuring equipment, gauges, microscopes, CMM and profile projectors
*
Previous experience producing FAIRs
*
Worked with precision parts and tight tolerances
*
Experience within aerospace industry (ideal, not essential)
