Your new role
As a Labourer, you will play a key role in day‑to‑day site activities. Responsibilities include preparing work areas, assisting tradespeople, handling materials, and ensuring the site remains safe, tidy, and hazard‑free. You'll be working outdoors, supporting a range of construction tasks, and contributing to efficient project delivery across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparing and maintaining work areas, including clearing debris and setting up equipment.
Loading, unloading, and safely moving materials around the site.
Assisting skilled tradespeople with basic tasks and tool handling.
Mixing and preparing materials such as concrete and mortar.
Operating basic hand tools and equipment under supervision.
Following health and safety guidelines and wearing appropriate PPE.
Maintaining site cleanliness and removing hazards.What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience as a Labourer or in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
Physical stamina and the ability to carry out manual work.
Basic understanding of construction processes and tools.
A strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions.
A valid CSCS card (essential for most sites).
A commitment to maintaining high health and safety standards.
