We're seeking experienced Interim Home Managers to provide strong, steady leadership to care homes in Croydon / Maidstone and Crawley. You'll bring confident operational oversight, excellent people‑management skills, and the ability to quickly stabilise, support and drive quality.
Proven Home Manager or Interim Manager experience
Strong CQC knowledge and ability to lead services
Hands‑on leadership style with a focus on staff engagement and resident experience
