Train, motivate, and develop the retail team to ensure high performance.
Deliver an outstanding luxury retail experience by leading by example on the shop floor.
Manage daily store operations, including stock control, store merchandising, and team performance.
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
Assist in monitoring key performance indicators and reporting to senior management.
Build relationships within the storeWhat we are looking for:
Experience as Concession Manager, Assistant Manager or Store Manager within a customer focused luxury retail environment.
A passionate and inspiring individual
Proven ability to drive sales and meet retail targets.
Experience in clientelling or strong understanding of CRM
Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on team development.
