Job Role of the Engineering Shift Team Leader.

The Engineering Shift Team Leader will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical maintenance, supervising a team of engineers on a day to day basis, completing planned preventative maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across site machinery.
Sector – Factory Maintenance
Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Engineering Shift Team Leader
Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
Engineering Qualification
Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.
Requirements for the Engineering Shift Team Leader.
Leadership or Supervisor Experience
Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.
Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).
Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
Desirable for the Engineering Shift Team Leader.
Previous experience working as a Lead Engineer/Engineering Shift Team Leader/Engineering Supervisor in the UK.
Experience with working on PLC’s, ideally being able to fault find using inputs and outputs
