About The Role
These roles are available due to internal progression – proof of our commitment to growing our people. You’ll join a close-knit, experienced team that takes pride in providing exceptional care and creating a safe, positive home environment.
A Typical Day Might Include:
🌅 Supporting morning routines – personal care, medication, and school prep
☀️ Using the day for training, housekeeping, and record keeping while the young people are at school
🌇 Afternoons full of life – school pick-ups, activities, shared meals, and evening routines

Has or is willing to work towards the Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (England) (“the Level 3 Diploma”); or a qualification which the registered person considers to be equivalent to the Level 3 Diploma
