As a Senior Sous Chef in Maidstone, you'll take a leading role in this fast-paced pub kitchen:

Support the Head Chef in leading daily kitchen operations
Take charge of service in their absence, ensuring consistency and high standards
Contribute to seasonal menu creation using fresh, local produce
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation
Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
Support stock control, ordering, and cost management
Train, mentor, and motivate junior chefs
Work closely with front of house to deliver a seamless guest experienceWhat we're looking for:

To succeed in this Senior Sous Chef role, you'll need:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
A passion for seasonal cooking and local ingredients
