Multi Skilled Operative

This is a full-time Multi Skilled Operative role located in Portsmouth and surrounding areas for MOD housing. The role involves property maintenance and upgrades for both void and lived in homes. Ensuring that there is a high standard of works completed. This role requires a hands- on approach, effective communication, and collaboration with team members to deliver high quality results.
Qualifications
* Skills in general building maintenance, carpentry and plumbing.
* Experience with troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance
* Good time management
* Knowledge of health and safety protocols and safe work practices
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with colleagues and clients
* Relevant certifications in construction or related fields are an advantage
* A valid driver’s licence is essential for communicating requirements
