ROLE: Industrial Services Supervisor / Jetting Team Leader
* The role involves organising and completing assigned duties on time while maintaining safe, clean, and secure work areas.
* It requires supporting operational tasks, promptly reporting any environmental, health & safety, or operational issues, and collaborating across departments to ensure efficient and compliant activity.
* The position includes assisting with maintenance tasks, producing accurate records, loading/unloading vehicles, and providing cover during staff absences.
* The supervisor must stay up to date with work procedures, communicate professionally, manage daily staff activities, ensure operatives have the correct equipment, deliver projects in the UK and abroad, and carry out any other reasonable tasks requested by management.
EXPERIENCE: Industrial Services Supervisor / Jetting Team Leader
* You will have both confined space entry and confined space rescue qualifications and experience in industrial operations or industrial services
* You will also have a full driving licence
* Additional beneficial qualifications: High Pressure Water Jetting, ADR, FLT
