Job Role of the Maintenance Manager.
A great opportunity has come to market for a Maintenance Manager to join a company that consistently invests in its site, equipment, and engineering infrastructure, ensuring engineers can work with reliable machinery and modern systems. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing a team of over 20 + years in a busy manufacturing plant. The Maintenance Manager will be involved in providing leadership and technical support across the engineering functions including reliability, improvements, PPMs, CMMS, projects etc.

Experienced in Managing engineer in a manufacturing environment
Requirements for the Maintenance Manager
Electrical and mechanical engineering experience
Engineering Qualification
Experience working within a manufacturing environment
Experience with Reliability, Improvements, CMMS, Health and Safety
Desirable for the Maintenance Manager
Previous experience working as a Maintenance Manager in the UK.
Experience with FMCG or Food Manufacturing
