Role: Senior Contracts Manager - Ground Engineering
We are seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to join a specialist ground engineering team delivering both minor and major piling and geotechnical projects across the UK.
Responsibilities:
Manage project teams throughout construction and installation
Allocate and oversee resources, including subcontractor performance
Ensure all works meet safety, quality, and contractual standards
Provide constructability input and support client engagement
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve project objectives
Candidate requirements:
Degree-qualified in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
10-15 years' experience in ground engineering or piling projects
Proven leadership, communication, and commercial skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively
