The Role:

Delivering high-quality support across the primary age range
Leading whole-class sessions in the absence of the teacher
Supporting pupils' learning, development, and wellbeing
Working closely with teachers and staff to maintain a positive learning environmentThe Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold HLTA status or have equivalent experience
Be confident leading a class and supporting learning independently
Have a nurturing and positive approach
Be adaptable, proactive, and a strong team player
