Location: Croydon | Salary: £75,000
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale airside projects, delivering complex infrastructure works safely, on time, and on budget.
Project Managers duties:
* Liaise with clients and internal teams regarding project orders and requirements
* Procure contracts and manage subcontractor orders, ensuring timely delivery and best value for money
* Review tender and construction drawings, turning construction issue drawings into working drawings
* Set subcontractor target costs and monitor budgets throughout the project
* Conduct regular site visits with clients and subcontractors, providing reports as required
* Manage monthly invoicing, cash flow, and settle final accounts with clients and subcontractors
* Ensure client satisfaction with completed works and maintain high standards of project delivery
Project Managers Requirements:
* Proven experience managing large airside projects (e.g., airports, high-profile commercial developments)
* Strong understanding of procurement, subcontract management, and cost control
* Excellent client liaison, leadership, and communication skills
* Ability to translate drawings into actionable plans and manage multi-disciplinary teams on-site
* Proactive, organised, and results-driven
