Job description: 

• Review of the Scope of Works

• Produce Health and Safety RAMS Documents to cover all SOW

• Assist the Project Manager with issuing technical Submittals of all Equipment/Packages under guidance of Project Manager.

• Report on site progress to the Project Manager.

• Produce and manage two/four/six week look ahead documents to our supply chain.

• Managing Sub-Contractors to ensure they meet program target dates.

• Manage and keep up to date all Health and Safety boards, documentation and folders on site to include Inductions, Toolbox Talks, Equipment Condition Registers, Calibration Certs, RAMS Reviews, wearing of suitable PPE, ensuring Operatives Work Safely at all times.

• Quality Control - Produce and Issue Quality Control Documents, snag sheets and follow process through to practical completion.

• Assist with Pre-Commissioning Checks, Commissioning Processes, TWC Packs and PC Checklist.

• To provide weekly Progress Reports to your PM on site progress and Health and Safety status reports daily, with weekly TBT

Technical Skills / Requirements:

CSCS Gold card

SMSTS or SSSTS certification

Trade background (Plumbing / Pipefitting / Electrician / Duct fitter etc)

Excellent leadership and communication skills with a strong focus on health and safety compliance.
