Senior Architectural Technologist - Freelance - Outside IR35

We’re looking for an Architectural Technologist experience in the education sector to join a busy, friendly design team in Sheffield on a flexible freelance basis. You’ll work on exciting new build and refurbishment education projects, helping turn design ideas into buildable, high-quality learning environments. Working three days in the office and to days at home.

What You’ll Be Doing

Producing and coordinating technical drawings using Revit/BIM.

Supporting projects across all RIBA stages.

Working closely with architects, consultants, and contractors.

Delivering clear, compliant, buildable solutions for education clients.

What We’re Looking For

Qualification in Architectural Technology (CIAT or working towards ideal).

Experience on education projects (schools, colleges, universities).

Strong Revit skills.

Great attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

Demonstrated job running capabilities..

£30 per hour outside of IR35
