Roofing Manager

We are currently recruiting for one of our clients who are an established and highly reputable main contractor, specialising in roofing and external refurbishment. They are looking to appoint an experienced Pitched Roofing Manager / Technical Manager to join their growing project management team.

This is a key role within the business, offering the opportunity to take full ownership of projects from start to finish. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, this position is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and deliver high-quality roofing projects while maintaining excellent health & safety standards.

The Role:

Oversee the installation of pitched roofing projects across London and the South of England

*

Monitor and inspect site teams to ensure work is completed to the highest quality standards

*

Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations, including producing and implementing relevant documentation

*

Carry out site inductions and toolbox talks

*

Support site set-up and completion, working closely with the wider project team

*

Attend site meetings with clients, surveyors, and subcontractors

Requirements:

*

Strong experience in pitched roof refurbishment

*

Excellent technical knowledge of pitched roofing systems and installation methods

*

Solid understanding of health & safety within the construction industry

*

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

*

Ambitious, driven, and looking for a long-term opportunity with progression potential
