Private Client Partner
Spirehouse are partnered with a nationally recognised law firm with Chambers and Legal 500 rankings across multiple practice areas who are looking to add a Partner to their Succession & Tax team.
About the role
This is a genuine leadership opportunity. You'll supervise a busy, dedicated team while contributing to business development across the region, with close collaboration across other offices.
Your caseload will include:
- Tax and estate planning for HNW and UHNW clients
- Succession planning for farmers and business owners
- Complex probate and estate administration
- Creation, restructuring, and winding up of trusts
- Lasting and Enduring Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection matters
About you
You'll be a qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) or CILEX with higher rights, bringing significant relevant experience including:
- Tax and estate planning, advising HNW and UHNW clients
- Complex probate and estate administration
- Advising on the creation, restructuring, and winding up of trusts
- Lasting and Enduring Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters
- Succession planning for farmers and business owners (highly desirable)
- Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and nurture junior colleagues
- STEP membership, or currently working towards it
