As part of continued investment in innovation and growth, a brand-new opportunity has been created within the NPD function. This role offers the chance to play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering exceptional products, ensuring they transition seamlessly from concept to full-scale production, without ever compromising on quality or vision.
The Role
This is a highly hands-on and influential position, sitting at the heart of product delivery. You will lead process development, factory trials, and scale-up activities across a refined and premium product portfolio.
Working in close partnership with senior stakeholders, you will act as the guardian of product integrity, ensuring that every product leaving the factory reflects the original creative vision and meets the brand’s exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the transition of products from kitchen concept to factory-scale production
- Plan, execute, and oversee factory trials with precision and control
- Refine and optimise manufacturing processes to deliver consistency, efficiency, and excellence
- Troubleshoot production challenges, implementing effective and sustainable solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with NPD, Technical, and Production teams
- Uphold the highest standards of food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations
About You
- Experience within food manufacturing
- Proven track record in factory trials and product scale-up
- Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
- Passion for premium products, craftsmanship, and quality excellence
