    Entry-Level Sales Management Trainee

    Location: Bristol, UK

    In-Person Role | Customer-Facing | Fast-Paced Environment

Recent Graduates and Career Starters Welcome

    About RedSeven:

RedSeven is a people-first sales organisation based in Bristol that believes in building careers from the ground up. We specialise in face-to-face customer acquisition, working with a range of clients including nationally recognised charities. Our team thrives in a vibrant, high-performance culture that supports personal development, confidence-building, and long-term growth.

    Our Impact:

We work directly with charities, helping them increase awareness and generate essential support through face-to-face conversations. As part of the team, your role will involve engaging with the public in meaningful ways that not only meet performance goals, but also contribute to causes that make a real difference. This gives the job a strong sense of purpose—you’re not just hitting targets, you’re helping charities reach the communities that need them most.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Customer Engagement: Speak directly with members of the public to present and promote client services, building rapport, delivering excellent customer service, and driving sales.
    • Team Collaboration: Work in a supportive team environment to achieve personal and group sales goals. Contribute to a culture where everyone’s success is celebrated.
    • Ongoing Development: Participate in hands-on training and development sessions that will equip you with the skills necessary for career growth.
    • Progression into Leadership: As you grow within the company, you’ll take on management responsibilities, including mentoring new team members, leading sales campaigns, and managing client accounts. You’ll be taught how to guide and motivate your team, set clear goals, and measure success based on performance.

    Sales Management Trainee Duties:

    • Team Leadership: Oversee and support new team members as they progress through their own training and development. You’ll help onboard and mentor them in learning sales techniques, client management, and customer service.
    • Sales Campaign Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of sales campaigns, helping to ensure the team is aligned with client goals. You’ll have the opportunity to lead by example and help drive results.
    • Coaching and Mentorship: Develop the skills to coach and motivate your team, offering constructive feedback and guidance. You’ll learn how to hold regular team meetings, set individual performance goals, and provide regular recognition to ensure continuous improvement and morale.
    • Performance Management: As you gain experience, you’ll be responsible for tracking your team’s sales performance, helping to set clear objectives, and adjusting strategies to meet targets. You’ll also contribute to problem-solving and improving team efficiency.
    • Client Relationship Management: You’ll gain experience in working with clients directly, managing their expectations, and ensuring that the team delivers results that align with the client’s needs.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Strong Communication and Leadership Skills: Comfortable speaking to the public, and a natural ability to inspire and motivate others.
    • Confident and Friendly: You’re someone who thrives when working with others and can build relationships with both customers and team members.
    • Self-Motivated and Driven: You want to grow into a leadership role, so you’re eager to learn new skills, take on challenges, and take the initiative to succeed.
    • Competitive Mindset: Experience in team-based activities such as sports or group projects is a plus.
    • Team Player: You enjoy being part of a team, and are passionate about coaching others and helping them succeed.

    What We Offer:

    • Full Product and Client Training: No prior sales experience necessary—our training program is designed to give you all the tools you need for success.
    • Weekly Pay with Uncapped Bonuses: You’ll earn a competitive weekly salary plus commission, with the potential to earn more based on performance.
    • Clear Career Progression: Start in an entry-level role, but with a clear pathway to management and leadership positions.
    • Mentorship and Leadership Development: As you progress, you’ll receive structured coaching in leadership and team management.
    • A Team-Focused Environment: Be part of a positive, energetic team that values hard work, celebrates success, and supports each other’s development.
    • Real Experience: Work in a purpose-driven, face-to-face sales environment with the opportunity to build valuable, transferable skills in management, sales, and customer service.
