We’re recruiting a QA Supervisor to be based at their Driffield site, with light travel to two additional sites. This role offers real scope to influence, improve, and implement quality systems across the wider group.
The Role:
- Lead day-to-day QA activities on site, ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Support and implement new quality systems across multiple sites
- Drive continuous improvement in quality processes and standards
- Work closely with production and technical teams to maintain high product quality
- Assist with audits, customer requirements, and internal compliance
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in QA / Quality within FMCG or food manufacturing
- Strong understanding of food safety standards (e.g. HACCP, BRCGS)
- Someone ready to step up into a broader, more impactful role
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence across multiple sites
- Hands-on approach with a continuous improvement minds
