The team currently sits at five fee earners supported by a wider business support function of 10+ staff, and they're looking to add a sixth conveyancer to help manage a growing resale caseload.
About the role:
Due to continued growth, the firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join the team and hit the ground running. The focus of the role is primarily resale transactions, sales and purchases, so you'll need to be comfortable managing a busy caseload with confidence and minimal supervision across the conveyancing cycle.
About you:
- We are looking for an individual with 2 years fee earning experience.
- Managing a caseload of residential resale transactions from instruction through to completion
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other colleagues
- Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the process
- Working efficiently and independently within a supportive team environment
What you’ll be doing:

- Take a proactive approach to risk management, contributing to a responsible and risk-aware team culture.
- Grow and nurture both internal and external networks, including clients, intermediaries and professional contacts.
- Work towards both personal and team KPIs, regularly measuring and reflecting on your own performance.
