How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Are you analytical, detail-driven, and comfortable working with stock, data, and supply planning?

We’re recruiting a Supply Planner to join a fast-moving UK Supply Chain function within a premium Sprits business. This is a 6–9 month fixed-term contract, starting ASAP, supporting inventory management, production planning, and supply chain performance.

This role sits at the heart of operations, ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time, balancing service levels, working capital, and supply risk.

    The Role:

Working within the Supply Chain team and reporting into the Demand & Supply Planning function, you’ll be responsible for supporting and executing supply planning activity across the UK business.

Your focus will be less on customer-level forecasting, and more on:

    • Managing stock levels and inventory health
    • Supporting production and replenishment planning
    • Identifying and resolving supply or data issues
    • Collaborating with logistics partners (e.g. DHL) and internal teams

You’ll play a key role in translating demand into a clear and executable supply plan.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimise excess or shortages
    • Support production and replenishment planning based on demand signals and stock targets
    • Analyse stock data, identifying risks such as slow-moving or obsolete inventory and taking corrective action
    • Work closely with 3PL providers (e.g. DHL) to manage stock flow, reconciliation, and distribution performance
    • Raise and investigate supply or data issues, identifying root causes and driving resolution
    • Maintain accurate master data within planning systems (e.g. SAP / IFS / ERP)
    • Support reporting on key supply chain KPIs including stock levels, service levels, and inventory health
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Commercial, Logistics, and external partners
    • Assist with S&OP processes and wider supply chain planning activities

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Experience in Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Analysis, or similar roles
    • Strong analytical mindset with confidence working with data, systems, and Excel
    • Understanding of stock management, supply flow, or production planning principles
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
    • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly

Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution-led environments is highly beneficial.
