Minimum 37.5 hours per week | 5 days over 7 | Rotating shifts

Start times typically between 06:00 - 09:00 (occasionally 05:00).

The Role - Chilled Warehouse Team Leader

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you'll support the Warehouse Supervisors in overseeing daily operations across receipt, picking, returns and dispatch within a temperature-controlled environment.

You will:

Lead, motivate and guide a team of Warehouse Operatives

Oversee stock control and ensure product codes match picking documentation

Supervise safe loading and unloading of vehicles

Maintain high standards of hygiene, organisation and safety

Monitor team performance and promote a positive working culture

Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Provide supervisory cover when required

This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-moving, chilled warehouse environment.

What We're Looking For

We are keen to speak with experienced Warehouse Team Leaders, Logistics Supervisors, Dispatch Team Leaders, or Senior Operatives with leadership exposure who have:

Strong communication and people-management skills

A proactive and motivated attitude

Excellent attention to detail

Knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices

Flexibility to work rotating shifts

The ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment

Desirable (but not essential):

FLT or PPT Licence (training available)

Experience in FMCG, chilled, or regulated environments

Previous experience leading a warehouse team

Good PC skills
