Accounts Payable Assistant

Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional available immediately?

We’re supporting a fantastic business on the outskirts of Horsham who need reliable AP support through to the end of the year.

What you’ll be doing as a temporary Accounts Payable Assistant:

* Processing supplier invoices

* Matching, batching and coding

* Resolving queries and supporting month end

* Working closely with the finance team to keep things running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

* Previous accounts payable experience (essential)

* Ability to work accurately and confidently in a busy environment

* A driver due to rural location

* Experience with CODA or Oracle is a bonus — but not essential

Pay rate, hours and company benefits:

* £15.86 per hour

* Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
