Salary – £41, 487 per annum
40 Hours per week

Working in our tenanted properties, you will be responsible for:

Provide EICR testing and general electrical maintenance to our housing stock as part of our voids and responsive maintenance services. You should have strong electrical, maintenance experience gained ideally within a housing/domestic setting.

Ensure all work is undertaken to a high standard with the minimum of supervision to diagnose faults and deliver effective solutions to our customers.
*
'First Time Fix' on all jobs whilst remaining within budget and time parameters.
*
Operating within company Health and Safety guidelines and remain up to date with technical and legal requirements of your skill areas.
The successful candidate will have:
*
Relevant trade qualification to NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
*
18th Edition
*
Hold a full UK driving licence.
*
A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
