🚀 What You’ll Own
Lead full‑cycle Epicor projects across:
* Record‑to‑Report (R2R) & multi‑company financials
* Plan‑to‑Produce (P2P) & manufacturing optimisation
* Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) & Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P)
* Intercompany trading, cost controls, data migration & solution design
You’ll be the expert voice shaping how clients transform their operations.
👥 Lead the Team
We’re looking for someone who can:
* Mentor and manage 5 Functional and Technical Consultants
* Review designs, ensure quality delivery & raise standards
* Drive best practice across Finance & Manufacturing processes
A true leadership role with real influence.

* Epicor functional consulting experience (previous from current role is fine)
* Deep Finance & Manufacturing expertise
* Strong stakeholder confidence — including C‑suite
