Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications.
Develop BIM models and manage digital workflows.
Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and external consultants.
Contribute to technical problem-solving and value-engineering.
Support site operations, RFIs, and compliance checks.
Skills & Experience
Chartered membership (MCIAT) or working toward it.
Strong Revit proficiency.
Excellent understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods.
Strong organisational and communication abilities.
