Practice Nurse - Full-Time Locum Contract

We are currently recruiting a Practice Nurse for a full-time locum contract at a busy GP surgery in Driffield, Yorkshire. This is a long-term opportunity offering a minimum of 3 months of continuous work, with an ASAP start date. Practice Nurse – Key Responsibilities:
Delivering travel vaccinations and immunisations
Managing COPD and asthma reviews
Supporting patients with diabetes management
Conducting routine practice nurse duties as required
Providing high-quality patient care within a primary care environmentCandidate Responsibilities:
Ensure all vaccinations and immunisations are administered accurately
Perform comprehensive COPD and asthma assessments
Assist patients effectively with diabetes and other chronic conditions
Maintain organized and thorough patient records
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless patient carePractice Nurse – Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Practice Nurse within a GP surgery
Competency in travel vaccinations, COPD/asthma management, and diabetes care
Strong clinical skills with attention to detail
Excellent organisational abilities
