Our client is seeking a residential conveyancer to join their expanding and dynamic team. We are looking for a self-motivated, passionate individual who is eager to continuously develop their skills while building strong client relationships.
In this role, you will directly contribute to the success of the team and the business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, relevant experience in residential conveyancing, a professional approach to client service, and a demonstrated ability to deliver results.

You will work closely as part of a supportive team, reporting directly to the directors, and will have the opportunity to grow your career, develop professionally and make a real impact within the business.

This Residential Conveyancer will have the following responsibilities:

Manage residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, leasehold matters and new build properties
Provide advice on taxes, reliefs, exemptions and handle unregistered property matters
Ensure all work complies with legal requirements and industry best practices, keeping up to date with changes in residential property law
Working closely with the wider team to drive efficient case progression and maintain high client satisfaction 
The ideal candidate for this Residential Conveyancer vacancy will have the following attributes and exposure:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience running a complex caseload of residential conveyancing matters
Knowledge of residential conveyancing across the full range of sale, purchase and remortgage matters
Leasehold and lease extension work
Transfers of Equity
SDLT requirements, including relevant reliefs and exemptions, in residential conveyancing matters
The impact of restrictions and cautions lodged against a property and how these might be removed
Strong team management skills with the ability to develop, coach and mentor junior team members
Proven track record of winning new business and developing strong relationships with Estate Agents & Brokers
