This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, team-focused environment where your ideas are valued and there is genuine opportunity for career progression.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Conduct technical SEO audits, content reviews, and competitor analysis

    * Lead SEO projects and ongoing retainers, ensuring high-quality delivery

    * Deliver on-page optimisation recommendations (metadata, headings, content structure, schema where relevant)

    * Support website launches, migrations, and redesigns from an SEO perspective

    * Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to embed SEO best practice

    * Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts

    * Contribute to internal SEO best practices and knowledge sharing

    * Stay up to date with SEO tools, AI developments, and search engine algorithm updates

    * Experience contributing to SEO strategy from planning through to optimisation

    * Experience managing SEO performance across websites

    * Strong knowledge of tools such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress)

    * Ability to analyse data and confidently present insights and recommendations

    * Strong communication and collaboration skills

    * Experience implementing SEO improvements on live websites

    Desirable Experience

    * Previous experience working within an agency environment

    * Familiarity with Google Analytics and reporting tools

    * Hybrid working model with a mix of office-based and remote working
