    Sales & Account Manager – West Sussex – Salary DOE + Benefits – REF 057

    An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established, privately owned organisation operating within highly regulated industries. With a strong international presence and continued growth, the business is now looking to strengthen its commercial team with the appointment of a Sales & Account Manager.

    This is a key commercial role focused on managing and growing existing customer accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will work closely with customers across regulated sectors, delivering tailored solutions and building long-term partnerships, while collaborating internally with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional service and delivery.

    Offering a high degree of autonomy, this position provides the opportunity to influence commercial strategy, contribute to business growth, and develop strong relationships with both UK and international clients. Travel will form part of the role.

    Skills & Experience Needed:
    • Proven experience in Sales or Account Management
    • Strong track record of developing existing accounts and winning new business
    • Experience operating within manufacturing, engineering, or regulated industries (pharma/biotech advantageous)
    • Commercially astute with the ability to manage pricing, negotiations, and forecasts
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-centric approach
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholder relationships
